We are looking for an experienced designer in our team in Stockholm who is interested in designing the best consumer digital services regardless of device.

We are now looking for a designer for practical design work. You already have previous experience as a UX / UI designer or as a Service Designer. You have been familiar with the methods of developing digital services for several years and the results of their application are also reflected in your portfolio.

How will your days look like at Qvik?

At Qvik, every day of your work is guaranteed to be different. When it comes to work tasks, the variation can be found in the smaller daily development work right up to encourage with other designers in changed line-ups. Qvik is a design-conscious consulting company whose designers mostly work with customer projects in UX / UI design assignments together with developers.

The role as experienced designers requires the courage to deal with problems and the ability to incorporate the smartest working methods into the work. Your days are primarily spent on a wide range of customer work, but also on mentoring younger designers and assisting, for example, sales work.
Our customers' starting points and goals for our projects vary greatly; sometimes we design Sprint-type studio projects based on concept ideas, while sometimes it is our responsibility to improve the customer experience and profitability of services that have been in operation for several years.

Various user-involved design and research methods, as well as the versatile use of design tools, are also an integral part of our worksheet.

More about you

You collaborate effortlessly in multidisciplinary teams with software developers, product owners, analysts and other designers. Various UX / UI tasks are easy for you and you can share the responsibility with other team members.

In addition to design, you are interested in learning business skills or maybe you already have them. Knowledge of different software development techniques can also be useful for you. However, it is good to know agile working methods as part of the development of digital services. Organising targeted workshops face to face or at a distance is familiar to you. Here, too, there are opportunities to learn and grow.

Our design team has joint learning and knowledge sessions on a weekly basis, and you also value an interest in continuous improvement and sharing lessons with others.
Previous experience of working as a consultant and developing consumer products will definitely help you move even faster forward in the assignment.
